Bio
I'm Lucas Pradel, a software engineer who became a technical program manager. For more than eight years I have led the delivery of agentic AI, AI/ML observability, SaaS, fintech and banking platforms, across distributed engineering teams and the vendors around them.
Today I lead AI programs at Scorpion and product at Seer Interactive, build Loma, an omnichannel agentic subscription for fresh produce in the Dominican Republic, co-created OpenAura, and lead the AI division of Cámara TIC.
I write about what happens when AI meets production: evaluations that lie, reviewers that lack context, and agents that describe actions they cannot perform. Most posts on this site also come with a small game that explains them.
